The purpose of this chapter is to explain how to use the mySnapshot feature to for

development environments.

15.1 Overview

This chapter describes how to use the 3PAR mySnapshot utility. 3PAR mySnapshot enables safe

and easy copy and provisioning access to non-storage professionals such as DBAs, software

developers, and test engineers working with InServ Storage Servers. Users can safely and easily

restore their own copies of test data in seconds without relying on the storage administrator.
