Backup Tools integration support is only in local configuration but not Remote Copy configuration.
Microsoft VSS update KB940349 is required in Windows 2003 environment.
1 Only the primary storage systems can be on Egenera or VMware VM with RDM. Virtual Copy can only be exposed to the physical storage system where it also connects to the same
storage system as primary the primary storage system.
2 Virtual Copy on network mapped volume is not supported.
