Only Veritas NetBackup 6.5.2A or later support server component on Windows 2008 platform. This is the limitation of Veritas NetBackup.
Microsoft hotfix KB957522 is required when MS native MPIO is used in Windows 2008 environment.
Microsoft hotfix KB970770 is required when used in Windows 2008 environment.
Microsoft VSS update KB940349 is required in Windows 2003 environment.
