showcpg ■ Previously, showcpg was not reporting on fully
provisioned volumes that are mapped to a CPG; it
was only reporting snapshot data and snapshot
administration space. To correct this, the output of
the showcpg command has changed:
■ The TPVVs and CPVVs columns have been replaced
by a Volumes section which includes two columns.
The VVs column displays the total number of
volumes mapped to a CPG. The TPVVs column
displays the number of TPVVs mapped to a CPG.
■ A new usage section is displayed which has two
columns. The Usr column shows the number of
volumes that are using the CPG for usr space. The
snp column shows the number of volumes that are
using the CPG for snapshot space.
■ The SA and SD sections of the output have been
replaced by Usr, Snp, and Adm sections. Each of
these sections displays the Tota l MB mapped from
all volumes and Used MB which is the amount of
space used.
■ The output of the showcpg –r command has
changed in the same way as showcpg (described
above).
■ The output of the showcpg –hist command has
changed in the same way as showcpg (described
above).
■ The output of the showcpg –alert and showcpg –
alerttime commands has changed. The column
headers have been changed to match other options
of the showcpg command. Also, unused columns in
the Adm section have been removed.
■ The output of the showcpg –sag and showcpg –sdg
commands has changed. The column headers have
changed to move MB to a spanning header. Also,
the Args column is now left justified.
■ New –d option provided details about the
underlying logical disk usage within a CPG.
