Cages servicemag New –dryrun option can be used to estimate the
length of time a start or resume operation will take
to complete. If a -dryrun is started before an actual
start or resume, the estimation will be based on
empirical data with no I/O on the system. For a more
accurate estimate, which will do runtime calculation
based on the load on the system, servicemag
status <cage_ID> <magazine> can be used once a
start or resume operation has been initiated.
upgradecage New –skiptest option allows bypass of the 10
second per PD diagnostic test normally completed
after each cage upgrade.
Chunklets movech ■ Edit level users can no longer run this command.
■ The output of the command has changed. The
command now displays State and Detailed State
columns which provides details for each chunklet
being moved.
moverelocpd ■ Edit level users can no longer run this command.
■ The output of the command has changed. The
command now displays State and Detailed State
columns which provides details for each chunklet
being moved.
■ New –p option allows users to specify patterns for
matching disks to from which to move chunklets.
Hosts servicehost WWNs can now be entered in colon separated
format (e.g. AA:BB:CC…) in addition to the
previously supported syntax.
