Targets admitrcopytarget New admitrcopytarget command provides the
ability to add a target to a remote copy volume
group.
creatercopytarget ■ The syntax of the command has changed for
Remote Copy over IP (RCIP). The new syntax is
creatercopytarget [options] <target_name >
IP [node:slot:port:IP_address...] The old
syntax was creatercopytarget target_name IP
[node:IP_address...] The old syntax is
deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
■ New –disabled option provides the ability to create
a target which is disabled at the time it is created.
■ WWNs can now be entered in colon separated
format (e.g. AA:BB:CC…) in addition to the
previously supported syntax.
dismissrcopytarget New dismissrcopytarget command provides the
ability to remove a remote copy target from a group.
Note: This command will not allow the removal of a
group’s last target.
setrcopytarget New enable and disable subcommands provide the
ability to enable or disable a target.
Volumes admitrcopyvv The command now accepts a list of target and
secondary volume name combinations rather than
just a single target and secondary volume name.
