showhost ■ The output of the showhost and showhost –d
commands has changed. A new Persona column is
now displayed.
■ The command has been enhanced to take host sets
as input in addition to host names or patterns.
■ The –domain option has been enhanced to take a
domain set as input.
■ New –agent option displays summary information
provided by Host Agent software installed on the
host. The option can also be used in conjunction
with –d to provide more detailed agent
information.
■ New –pathsum option provides summary
information hosts and paths.
■ New –persona option provides information about
persona settings currently in use.
■ New –listpersona options provides information
about all defined host personas.
Host Sets createhostset New createhostset command allows for the
creation or modification of host sets.
removehostset New removehostset command removes a host set or
removes a host from a set.
sethostset New sethostset command provides the ability to
edit the properties of a host set.
showhostset New showhostset command displays the properties
of a host set.
Inventory Management
Summary showinventory New showinventory command provides the ability
to view all hardware components that comprise an
InServ Storage Server.
