InForm Management Console 4.1.0 Release Notes
48421 The ability to convert existing 1-
to-1 Remote Copy configuration
into an SLD Remote Copy
configuration is not supported.
The IMC currently does not support conversion
of an existing 1-to-1 Remote Copy configuration
to an SLD Remote Remote Copy configuration.
This will be addressed in a future release.
Workaround: Use the InForm CLI to convert a
1-to -1 Remote Copy configuration to an SLD
Remote Copy configuration.
51220 The Last Sync column in the
Remote Copy Groups table is not
formatted properly when
exported.
The Last Sync column in the Remote Copy
Groups table is displayed as an unformatted Java
object instead of a formatted date value when
exported to HTML or CSV.
Workaround: None.
52306 The IMC does not disallow
unsupported settings for 1-to-N
or N-to-1 Remote Copy
configurations.
If a user creates the targets and links for either a
1-to-N or N-to-1 Remote Copy configuration
without creating any groups, and then later uses
the Create Remote Copy Group wizard to add
groups, the IMC may not have enough
information to know whether the intent is to
create a 1-to-N or N-to-1 configuration. In such a
case, the appliction may not be able to apply the
correct restrictions for the desired configuration.
Workaround: Select the correct choice.
52393 Unable to synchronize
Synchronous Long Distance (SLD)
Remote Copy groups after
running a Recover operation with
the No Sync option.
During Disaster Recovery operations, if user runs
a Recover operation and selects the No Sync
option, synchronous volumes will become stale.
To synchronize them, the Sync operation needs
to be run with the
-ovrd option to force it.
Currently, the IMC doesn't support this.
Workaround: Use the CLI with -ovrd option.
