3.0 Known Issues with the InForm Management Console

49997 InForm Suite is

displayed twice on the

License Summary

The InForm Suite license was being displayed twice on the

License Summary screen. This has been fixed.

53088 IMC incorrectly sets host

personas for 2.2.4

systems.

If a user was connected to both 2.2.4 and 2.3.1 systems

and created a new host on the 2.2.4 system, the IMC

incorrectly set a host persona for the 2.2.4 system if the

user switched between the two systems in the host

creation wizard. This has been fixed.

Bug ID Item Description

38133 IMC 4.1 does not start after

installation if IMC 3.0 was

previously installed on the

system.

IMC 4.1 might not be able to start after

installation if IMC 3.0 was previously installed on

the system. The following error is returned:

Could not find a valid Java virtual machine

to load.

Workaround: Manually remove all

inform_mgmt_console folders and shortcuts

from the system, and remove all 3PAR InForm

Management Console entries from

the

.com.zerog.registry.xml

file.

/var/.com.zerog.registry.xml

Then re-install IMC 4.1.
