Known Issues with the Service Processor
Error with 3parcust user permissions in CCA menu (Issue 92336)
When you log in to the SP as the 3parcust user by using the system console, SPMAINT does not
correctly identify the user account, and you are incorrectly prohibited from using some commands
that the 3parcust account should have permission to use.
Workaround: Log in to SPOCC as the 3parcust user, or log in to the SP as the 3parcust user by
using SSH.
