What’s New in the Service Processor
The SP 4.1.0.GA-60 P001 patch corrects an issue created by upgrading an SP from 2.5.2 to
4.1.0 using the 2.5.2.GA-11.410 patch. After the patch is applied, the transfer of all files to HP
3PAR Headquarters returns to normal.

• This patch must be applied to Service Processors (SPs) that have
upgraded from 2.5.2 to 4.1 GA-60.
• The patch ensures that SPs that are connected to HP 3PAR
Headquarters (HQ) will continue to send events, logs, and other
files to HQ, just as they were while the SP software was on version
2.5.2.
• If this patch is not applied, not all files are sent to HQ normally.
