9 Service Processor Software 2.5.2 Release
The following release notes are for the Service Processor Software 2.5.2 release of the HP Service
Processor.
What’s New in the Service Processor
This release provides Secure Network Architecture Agent Version 6 for increased performance
and scalability, and it provides Service Processor software that enables communication with the
new HP Call Home infrastructure in Secure Network Mode (SNM).
Known Issues with the Service Processor
The Keystroke Recording, Secure Service Custodian attachment, and Policy Manager features are
not supported. You should not install the Service Processor 2.5.2 software if you require these
features.
Workaround: If any of these features are required, the Service Processor must be rebuilt to version
2.5.1.x.
