NOTE: Slide shows created in *.ppt or *.pps format with PowerPoint ‘97 and later can be viewed on
your HP iPAQ.
PowerPoint features that are not supported on your HP iPAQ include:

Notes: Notes written for slides are not visible.
ł
Rearranging or editing slides: PowerPoint Mobile is a viewer only.
To access PowerPoint Mobile, tap Start > Office Mobile > PowerPoint Mobile.
Options available when you tap Menu allow you to:

Set up a slide show.
ł
Rename, move, delete, or create a copy of a presentation.
ł
Send a presentation via e-mail or Bluetooth.
OneNote Mobile
You to create and edit notes on your HP iPAQ using OneNote Mobile.
With OneNote Mobile, you can:

Format text in notes.
ł
Insert text, pictures, or audio in your notes.
To access OneNote Mobile, tap Start > Office Mobile > OneNote Mobile.
Options available when you tap Menu allow you to:

Delete, rename, and set options for sorting notes.
ł
Undo and redo actions performed while working with a note.
ł
Cut, copy, and paste content from one note or application to another.
ł
Format the text inserted in a note.
ł
Add a numbered or bulleted list in a note.
ł
Insert pictures using the camera or from the HP iPAQ.
ł
Insert a voice recording in a note.
ClearVue PDF
You can view a Portable Document File that has the extension .pdf on your HP iPAQ.
To view a file:
1. Tap Start > Programs > ClearVue PDF.
2. Tap File > Open…
3. Select a folder from the Folder list.
4. Tap the file from the list.
TIP: Use the scroll bars or the navigation keys to scroll through the file. To view a file opened recently,
you can tap File > Recent Files and then tap the file.
