6 Troubleshoot problems
General problems

Problem Cause Solution
The USB cable is not securely
connected to the computer or the All-
in-One.
• Press the plug into the All-in-One to make sure it is
connected.
• Unplug the cable from the USB port and plug it in
again.
Device status reads “Not
connected.”
Power
Turn the All-in-One on by pressing the green
button for three seconds.
The All-in-One is not turned on.
The FTDI drivers are not installed. Locate the drivers in the FTDI folder in the HP sp400
Series Configuration Software folder and install them on
the All-in-One. See “
