6. Select the data you want to restore from the tree view.
7. Tap Options... to set restore options.

It is recommended that you close all applications prior to
restoring files.
8. Tap OK.
9. Tap the Restore button.
10. Tap the Start button.
Schedule a Backup
You can schedule an automatic backup to run at a certain time
and date.
To schedule a backup:
1. From the Start menu, tap Programs.
2. Tap iPAQ Backup.
