2. Open the top cover.
3. Remove the toner cartridge and imaging drum.

M101-M105 models: Remove the print
cartridge first, and then remove the imaging
drum.
●
M106 models: Remove the toner cartridge
and imaging drum as one unit.
4. Remove any jammed paper from the toner-
cartridge area.
