1 At the control panel, press S
ETUP

(F1).
2 If an administrator password is required, the HP Digital Sender 8100C
Administrator’s Password dialog box appears. Type the password and press O
K

3 Select a name in the list of users by using the arrow keys or type the profile name
in the Users field and press M
ODIFY
(F3).
4 Modify the name, e-mail address, password, and password confirmation, pressing
E
NTER
after each field.
5 Press O
PTIONS
(F2) and select Y

(F1) or N

(F4) for each option in the user profile.
6 Press O
K

(F1) to delete the user profile. Press C

screen without deleting the profile.
CAUTION Deleting a user profile also deletes that user’s address book.
