Storage block cabling
A storage block is comprised of the HP ExDS9100c and HP
ExDS9100cx.
CAUTION:
Correct cabling of the storage block is critical for proper HP
ExDS9100 Storage System operation.

SAS switch cabling
NOTE:
Callouts 1 through 3 indicate additional HP ExDS9100c
components.

SAS switch ports 1through 4 (in interconnect bay 3 of the c-Class
Blade Enclosure). Ports 2 through 4 are reserved for additional
storage blocks.

Class Blade Enclosure). Reserved for expansion cabinet use.

Class Blade Enclosure). Ports 2 through 4 are reserved for addi-
tional storage blocks.

SAS switch ports 5 through 8 (in interconnect bay 4 of the c-
Class Blade Enclosure). Reserved for expansion cabinet use.
