Step 3 — Cable storage block
IMPORTANT:
Correct cabling is critical for the storage block to perform
properly.
Using the four, two-meter cables, cable the HP ExDS9100c and the HP
ExDS9100cx, as shown in the following illustration.

Step 4 — Cable HP ExDS9100c to SAS
switches
Using the two, four-meter cables, cable the HP ExDS9100c to the SAS
switch ports in the c-Class Blade Enclosure, as shown in the following
illustrations, depending on the cabinet.
Base cabinet
Callouts 1 through 3 indicate additional HP ExDS9100c components.
SAS switch ports 1 through 4 (in interconnect
bay 3 of the c-Class Blade Enclosure). Ports
2 through 4 are used by additional storage
blocks.
