Lift the board up at the front of the drawer, and then remove the backplane board.
15. Disconnect the cables.

1 Fan signal cable
2 Red 12V power cable
3 Black GND cable
4 Fan power cable
5 Power signal cable
16. Remove the cable management arm.
To replace the cable management arm:
1. Thread the cables through the opening in the drawer, and then connect them to the backplane
board.
