For direct delivery of HP products, HP sells two levels of logistics services:
• Door/Dock delivery – products are delivered at your door or dock address as
specified in the order.
• Inside/Desk delivery – products are delivered to your end-user desk or in your
IT room.
In addition, HP proposes an extended logistics portfolio that allows you to get a
consolidated shipment of your different products and also to customise the pallet
size, satisfy special equipment requests, deliver goods during non-standard
business days or hours and offer unpacking and waste removal especially for
Inside/Desk delivery.
