Obtaining the Required Web Browser Plug-In
A JRE plug-in (a Java 2 plug-in) is required by the Web browser for viewing
EVM V2.0D network displays. If the system used to browse to the EVM network does
not have the appropriate JRE plug-in installed, a notification message, containing a
plug-in link, is displayed when EVM is launched (similar to that shown in
Figure 7–8).

To install the required JRE plug-in:
1. Click the Here link to display another Web page (similar to that shown in
Figure 7–9) that provides instructions for installing the required plug-in.
