On Macintosh: Open the readme file in the docs folder on the CD.

Close the Battery/Memory card. NOTE: Turn the camera off before removing the batteries. If using rechargeable NiMH batteries, make sure they are fully charged before using them the first time. Camera usage and battery type will affect battery life. For complete information, see Appendix A in the electronic User Guide.
