of charge. However, standard phone company charges apply.
Before placing a call for help, remember to try one of the other free

If the problem is not solved using the above options, call an HP
Customer Care service technician while you are in front of your
computer. For faster service, please be prepared to provide
information about what has been tried to solve the problem,
as well as the following:
• The computer’s operating system and your printer manufacturer
and model number, if your problem is a printing issue.
• Messages displayed around the time the situation occurred.
• Has this happened before? Can it be re-created?
When you’re ready, contact the HP Customer Care Center at
[phone] and say “HP Custom Quilt Label Kit” when
prompted for your complete product name.
