9. Remove or insert the memory module.
To remove a memory module:
a. Pull away the retention clips on each side of the memory
module

. (The memory module tilts upward.)
b. Grasp the edges of the memory module, then gently pull
it out of the memory slot

c. To protect a removed memory module, place it in an
electrostatic-safe container.
