10642 Rear Extension Rack Option Kit Installation Instructions

Installing the Rear Extension
Rack Option Kit
1. Open the rear doors and release the rear door hinge brackets by
pulling the top hinge bracket pin up and the lower hinge
bracket pin down.
2. Lift the rear doors away from the rack and place them in an
upright position, taking care to protect them from damage.
3. Insert the hinges on the extension into the four left rear door
hinge brackets on the rack frame.
4. Close the four left rear door hinge brackets by pressing the top
hinge bracket pin down and the lower hinge bracket pin up.
5. Pivot the extension to the right and insert the hinges on the
extension into the two right rear door hinge brackets on the
rack frame.
6. Close the two right rear door hinge brackets by pressing the top
hinge bracket pin down and the lower hinge bracket pin up.
7. Attach the rear doors to the extension and close the rear door
hinge brackets by pressing the top hinge bracket pin down and
the lower hinge bracket pin up.
Installation is complete.
