Important notes and recommendations Verifying or changing the XenDesktop Edition after installation Problem: If you add the upgrade license to the license server before you set the current edition to the new upgrade edition, the Citrix product stops accepting new connections. Solution: A utility provided by Citrix (ProductEdition.exe) is used to verify and change the edition after installation. This utility is located in the default install path C:\Program Files\Citrix\Desktop Delivery Controller.
