This document is designed to outline some basic information for all HP LaserJet printers, as well as specific information
on certain models.
Limitations
This document is specific to media supported by HP LaserJet products and does not impact HP PageWide or HP Inkjet
media.
Instructions
HP brochure media is designed to be printed on a wide variety of HP LaserJet products. Due to the heavier media weight
of 120, 150 and 200 gsm, this media is not supported on all HP LaserJet printers. HP printers offer a wide variety of
different print modes that allow for optimal print quality in a variety of customer environments. The Heavy, Cardstock,
or HP Glossy 120/150/200 gsm print modes are designed to optimize the print quality of glossy media.
For Best print Quality:
• Ensure media is not left in trays after use or the ream left open. The media can absorb excess moisture, based
on customer environment, which may contribute to further run ability problems.
• Use the print modes listed above.
• Print modes might need to change over time compared to customer environment changes to temperature and
humidity.
• If you encounter problems with this media, contact HP Support.
