3. To clean up permanent storage, turn the
product o, and then press and hold the
Menu button while turning the product
on.
4. If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.

The storage device is failing to write. Printing can
continue, but there might be some unexpected
behaviors because an error occurred in
permanent storage.
