A jam has occurred in a tray. 1. Open each tray and check for jammed
paper.
2. Open the top cover.
3. Remove the print cartridge and any paper.
4. Reinstall the print cartridge and close the
top cover.
5. Close all trays.

You have congured Tray 1 for a dierent size of
paper than the print job requires.
Reload the tray with the correct paper size.
If another tray contains the correct size, the
product prompts you to press the OK button to
use another tray.
