How do I? Steps to perform
Load paper and print media
Tray 1
Portrait
Alternative Letterhead mode = OFF
• Load paper face down
• Top edge leading into the product
NOTE: The ALTERNATIVE LETTERHEAD MODE
setting affects the way you load letterhead or
preprinted paper. This setting is turned off by default.
Landscape
Alternative Letterhead mode = OFF
• Load paper face down
• Top edge toward the back of the product
Tray 2 or optional Tray 3
Portrait
Alternative Letterhead mode = OFF
• Load paper face up
• Top edge at the right side of the tray
