Fax Receive Log pane
The Fax Receive Log pane provides a list of all recently received faxes and information about them
including the date and time received, job number, fax number, page count, and results.
The Results column provides the fax status. If the fax attempt was unsuccessful, this column provides
a description of why the fax was not sent.
The Fax Receive Log pane can be used to block future faxes. Check the Block Faxes box next to a
received fax listed on the log, or click the Go to Junk Faxes page link to go to that pane, which is
described below.
Click the Refresh button
to view new fax data. The following information for each fax appears in
the logs:

Date and time
●
Job number
●
Fax number
●
Pages
●
Result
NOTE: A maximum of 40 fax log entries are listed.
NOTE: The Fax Receive Log pane is not self-refreshing. If left open, newly-received faxes will not
appear until the screen is refreshed.
