Install overview
The solutions software CD is included with the product. See the getting started guide for installation
instructions.
The printing system includes software for end users and network administrators and printer-drivers for
access to the product features and communication with the computer.
NOTE: For a list of the network environments that the network-administrator software components

The following printer-drivers are not included on the software solutions CD, but are available from

Software installation types for Windows
The following software installation types are available:

Recommended. Installs the full software solution.
●
Express. Installs the print driver, scan driver, and User Guide driver. There is an express option
for USB-connected products and another express option for network-connected products.
NOTE: The ScanTo driver is not loaded on the base model of the HP Color LaserJet CM1312
MFP Series product, as this model does not have the ScanTo function.
