E-mail Alerts
In the Printer Settings section of the HP Utility, select E-mail Alerts to configure the HP Color
LaserJet Enterprise CM4540 MFP Series product to send e-mail notifications to users.
If a user name and password have been set, you might need to obtain them from the IT administrator.

Click Open E-mail Alerts Settings to open the HP EWS. The HP EWS opens to the Setup screen
on the Alerts tab, where you can set notifications.
Network Settings
In the Printer Settings section of the HP Utility, select Network Settings to open the IP Settings
screen.

The Network Settings screen provides access to IPv4, IPv6, Bonjour Settings, and Other
Settings then click Additional Network Settings.
