Menu item Values Description
Clear Local Address Book Clear (button) Use this feature to clear all addresses from the address books that
are stored on the device.
Clear Fax Activity Log Yes
No (default)
Use this feature to clear all events from the Fax Activity Log.
Restore Factory Telecom Setting Restore (button) Use this option to restore the telephone-related settings that are in
the Initial Setup menu to factory default values.
Restore Factory Settings Restore (button) Use this feature to restore all device settings to their factory defaults.
Clear Maintenance Message Clear (button) Clear the Order maintenance kit and Replace maintenance kit
warning messages.
Reset Supplies New Maintenance Kit (Yes/No) Notify the device that a new maintenance kit has been installed.
Lock Carriage Lock (button) Use the feature to lock the carriage. To unlock the carriage, turn the
MFP off and then on.
Service menu
Administration > Service
The Service menu is locked and requires a PIN for access. This menu is intended for use by authorized
service personnel.
