File Upload
Click the File Upload menu item on the left to send a print-ready file directly to the product without
opening a software program.
Documents in the following file formats can be sent directly to the product using the File Upload feature:
●
HP LaserJet printer command language (PCL)
●
Portable document format (.PDF)
●
Postscript (.PS)
●
Text (.TXT)
On the File Upload screen, click the Choose… button to open a navigation screen. Locate the file you
want to upload and click the Open button. The file name appears in the File Upload screen of the
HP Printer Utility.
On the File Upload screen, click the Display response from the product check box to see whether
the upload was successful. If the file loads successfully, no message appears.
Click the Upload button to send the file to the product.
