The “from” address cannot be changed
in Send to E-mail
The “Prevent Device User from changing the e-mail
address” feature in the EWS might be selected, or
“Device Authentication” is enabled.
You want to scan and send-to-email in
black and white TIFF format
Use the EWS to change the default image file format
by selecting Digital Sending, Send to E-mail, and
Advanced.

1) SMTP ağ geçidi adresi yanlış olabilir. Doğru adresi
edinmek için BT yöneticinize başvurun.

E-posta için bir Internet Servis Sağlayıcısı (ISP)
kullanıyorsanız, SMTP ağ geçidinizin ana bilgisayar
adı için ISP sağlayıcınıza başvurun (IP adresini değil,
tam etki alanı adını (FQDN) isteyin).
3)
Girilen SMTP kimlik denetimi kullanıcı adının ve
parolasının doğru olduğundan emin olun. Not: Her
SMTP ağ geçidi, bir kullanıcı adı ve parola istemez.
