You can view HP EWS when the product is directly connected to the computer or when it is connected
to the network.
NOTE: You do not have to have Internet access to open and use HP EWS.
Access
To gain access to the HP EWS, follow these steps:
1. Open the HP Director.

2. Click Maintain Device. This opens the HP EWS screens whether the computer is connected over
the network or through a USB connection.
