The PCL 6 command for paper size is ubyte_array “String” MediaSize. The values in this column are
the values for "String."

For custom sizes, the HP PCL 6 driver specifies actual dimensions, for example, for 8 x 9-inch custom
size, "real32_xy 8.0 9.0 CustomMediaSize ubyte eInch CustomMediaSizeUnits."
