When I try to print with a
Bluetooth connection, a
Print
to File
dialog box appears.
If the Bluetooth wireless port cannot be
detected, the printer is attached to the FILE
port.
1. On the Print to File dialog box, click Cancel.
2.Close all applications.
3.Reopen an application.
4.Print a document from the application.

1.On the Print to File dialog box, click Cancel.
2.Close the application.
3.Click
Start > Settings >Printers.
4.Click the
hp deskjet 995c series printer icon.
5.Click
File > Properties.
6.Click the
Ports tab.
7.Select the Bluetooth wireless port.
Note: For example, a 3Com Bluetooth
wireless card, select the
3Com Bluetooth
Serial Client
port.
8.Click
OK.
9.Open an application, then print a
document.
1.On the Print to File dialog box, click Cancel.
2.Close the application.
3.Click
Start > hp deskjet 995c series >
hp deskjet 995c series Uninstall.
4.Follow the onscreen instructions.
5.Insert the printer CD into the computer’s
CD-ROM drive, then reinstall the printer
software.
