The total number of buffers available for holding Class 1 connect-request Class 2 or Class 3 frames
to be transmitted to the attached Nx_Port. It is for buffer-to-buffer flow control in the direction from
Fx_Port to Nx_Port. The buffer-to-buffer flow control mechanism is indicated in the respective
fcFxPortBbCreditModel.
