between high and low boundaries(High=<High value>, Low=<Low value>). Current value

Probable Cause Indicates that the number of serial violations has changed from a value outside of the acceptable
range to a value within the acceptable range. Serial violations indicate that an unauthorized serial
port request has been received. The SERIAL_POLICY contains a list of switch world wide names
(WWNs) for which serial port access is enabled.
