burninErrClear

Clears errors stored in nonvolatile memory during burn-in.

Synopsis burninerrclear slotnumber

Description Use this command to clear errors that were stored during burn-in in the nonvolatile memory of a

specified slot.

It is advisable to run the burninErrClear command prior to running diagSetCycle

Note The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may

be in place. Refer to chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS commands" and Appendix A, "Command

Availability" for details.

Operands The following operand is required:

slotnumber Specify a nonzero value for the slot number from which to clear burn-in errors.

Examples To clear burn-in errors from slot 2:

switch:admin> burninerrclear 2
