diagEnablePost

Enables the power-on self-test (POST).

Synopsis diagenablepost

Description Use this command to enable POST. A reboot is not required for this command to take effect. POST

includes two phases: POST Phase I mainly tests hardware and POST Phase II tests system

functionality.

Use the diagPost command to display the current POST status, and use diagDisablePost to disable

POST.

Note The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may

be in place. Refer to chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS commands" and Appendix A, "Command

Availability" for details.

Diagnostic POST is now enabled.
