dlsShow

Displays the setting of the dynamic load sharing (DLS) option.

Synopsis dlsshow

Description Use this command to display whether DLS is on or off. One of two messages displays:

DLS is set The DLS option is turned on. Load sharing is reconfigured with every change

in the fabric, and existing routes can be moved to maintain optimal balance.

DLS is not set The DLS option is turned off. Once placed, existing routes are never moved to

maintain optimal balance.

Refer to dlsSet for a description of load sharing.

Notes DLS is not supported in certain routing policies. Refer to aptPolicy for more information on routing

policies.

The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may

be in place. Refer to chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS commands" and Appendix A, "Command

Availability" for details.
