6.
Remove the hard drive backplane ("Hard drive backplane" on page 28).
7. Remove the front panel/hard drive cage assembly ("Front panel/hard drive cage assembly" on
page 30).
8. Remove the heatsink ("Heatsink" on page 36).
9. Open the processor retaining latch and the processor socket retaining bracket.
10. Using your fingers, remove the failed processor.
To replace the component:
IMPORTANT: Be sure the processor remains inside the processor installation tool.
