18 Third-party and foreign device management
This chapter provides information about third-party application management and importing foreign devices
in Fabric Manager and consists of the following sections:

Right-clicking a fabric or switch displays a Management Application option that lets you launch or
configure third-party management applications (see Figure 145).

NOTE: If you select multiple fabrics or nodes, only the Configure submenu is displayed.
You can add up to three management applications to a fabric or switch. They can be either exe files
located on the Fabric Manager client system, or URLs to the application.
Adding third-party management applications
To add third-party applications to the list:
1. Right-click the fabric or switch with which you want the application associated and select Management
Applications > Configure from the context menu.
The Configure Application window opens (see Figure 146).
