Installing the HP AdvanceStack
Internet Router
This chapter covers the hardware installation process for the HP Advance-
Stack Internet Router. For details on configuring the HP AdvanceStack
Internet Router refer to chapter 3, “Configuring the HP AdvanceStack Internet
Router”.
Verifying Included Parts
The router module has the following components shipped with it:
■ Console / Auxiliary Port kit which consists of the following items:
• RJ-45-to-RJ-45 roll-over-cable
• RJ-45-to-DB-9 female DTE adapter (labeled Terminal)
• RJ-45-to-DB-25 female DTE adapter (labeled Terminal)
• RJ-45-to-DB-25 male DCE adapter (labeled Modem)
