Graissez et montez les joints toriques
(280) dans la genouillère. Montez la
genouillère. Montez le joint torique (240)
et le joint à lèvres (260) sur le bouchon.
Attention au sens. Montez le tiroir dans le
bouchon. Montez l'ensemble. Serrez la
bouchon a 650 Nm.

- Montez le tiroir BP. Graissez et montez
les joints toriques (210) dans la genouil-
lère. Montez la genouillère. Montez le joint
torique (150) sur le bouchon. Montez les
rondelles de calage, la butée de ressort, le
ressort dans le bouchon. Montez l'ensem-
ble. Serrez la bouchon à 650 Nm.

- Enlevez la ruban adhésif entourant le
guide avant.
- Montez le marteau dans son caisson.
- Montez la suspension supérieure.
- Montez et fixez le chapeau de fixation.
Serrage des vis à 300 Nm.
- Montez le bouchon porte-graisseur et le
graisseur.

Grease and mount o-rings (280) in the
HP swivel. Mount the swivel.
Mount the o-ring (240) and the seal (260)
on the plug. Mind the orientation. Mount
the slide in the plug. Mount the complete
assy. Tighten the plug to 480 ft-lbs.

- Mount the LP slide. Grease and mount
o-rings (210) in the HP swivel. Mount the
swivel. Mount the o-ring (150) on the
plug. Mount the adjusting shims, the
spring thrust and the spring in the plug.
Mount the complete assy. Tighten the
plug to 480 ft-lbs.

- Remove the adhesive tape wrapped
around the front guide.
- Mount the breaker in its cradle.
- Install the upper suspension.
- Install and secure the fixing cap. Bolts
tighten to 220 ft-lbs
- Place the oiler holder plug and the oiler.
