Is the card’s address on the slot’s PCI bus.
Typically this is 0 (zero), although the core I/O card has multiple
devices and addresses in a single card.

Is the function for the I/O card. Typically this is 0 (zero) for
single-function cards.
• f
Is the target of the I/O device, or SCSI ID.
• g
Is a device-specific address such as a SCSI controller (initiator).
